Finally made the switch from 02 to PF. Should have done it along time ago... Air circulation is really great, music is non-obtrusive, all equipment works and upkeep is phenomenal, All of these issues I tried to get management at 02 to resolve for years, nothing ever happened...
I go to this gym on my lunch break during the week and coming from a non gym rat… I love coming to this location! I have been coming here for 2 months and it will be the only one I continuously come to for a few reasons. The bathrooms are always clean, it’s not a super busy location when I go, they have the equipment I need, and they have one of the best employees working there! Kendra’s energetic and bubbly personality really sets my workouts up for greatness whether she is at the front desk or somewhere else in the gym! She is always smiling and just brings a vibrant feel to the place. Makes it so easy to come back and work out! You guys have a great employee who is genuinely friendly and great w your guests and that goes a long way w me!

the staff is friendly, they keep the equipment clean and organized.
Membership prices are affordable.
Although sometimes it gets crowded, there's a option to see it in the app before you go to the gym.
Overall I like going there.

Great experience so far as a working parent with young kids - easy to get started, helpful staff, flexible hours, affordable rates, and wide variety of equipment. Very happy with my decision to join and expect to stay a member for quite some time.
I love this location. It’s super clean all the time. Everyone that works there is very nice. This is the only location I will shower at literally. Even the manager is constantly cleaning with his employees proving that he’s not above anything. Keep up the awesome work!
Very clean and friendly staff. Just moved to the area and the staff was helpful with my transfer to this location. It’s pretty big and they have tons of equipment to use. Haven’t had any trouble finding an equipment to use.
Finally a gym with actual customer service! Facilities are always very clean, staff is friendly and never too terribly crowded. great selection of machines, weights, and other amenities like the tanning and hydro massage chairs. I've been a member now a planet fitness for several years, used several of their facilities, and have always had great experiences.

Planet Fitness and their staff located at Strickland Rd, Raleigh is Great!!!... I left a very well-known high-end gym in the area where I was paying 5 times as much as what I pay at Planet Fitness. And even though that gym had all the bells and whistles and amenities which I very rarely used lol... it was always tremendously crowded and just truly a pain to get a workout in when I wanted and how I wanted at my convenience… soooo I was so very pleasantly surprised to find out that Planet Fitness more than met all of my physical fitness needs especially in the area of convenience by having 24/7 access to their facilities not just all over the nation but in multiple locations in my city alone at any time or day what more can you ask for lol???... So I now have a gym membership that is soooo much less expensive does not cost me $100+ per month that offers quality facilities with excellent customer service that I have access to 24/7 in multiple locations that I can go to whenever I want without it being a hassle to get a machine because they have tons of machines and the facilities are kept in top notch condition. Needless to say, I'm a very very Happy and Satisfied Planet Fitness customer for life... 😃
